The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at Parcheggio Trattoria Lo Grand Baou and leading you to the majestic Punta Valletta. The total distance of the route is 11.145 kilometers with an elevation gain of 988 meters, so be prepared for a difficult hike that will take around 5 hours to complete.

Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest that add to the experience of the hike. Approximately 0.71 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point that can provide you with valuable insights about the area. As you continue, at about 4.36 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the serene Lago Di Citrin, a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Further ahead, at 3.82 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Col Citrin, a picturesque saddle that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Close by, at 5.13 kilometers from the start, you will also come across the Clochotte saddle, another beautiful location to take in the scenery.

As you make your way towards the endpoint, at 0.01 kilometers from the start, you will find the Lo Grand Baòu restaurant where you can refuel and relax after the challenging hike.
