This hiking route will take you to Monte Cusna, a beautiful area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the route is 8.859 kilometers with an elevation gain of 950 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 4 hours and 25 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will come across "Parcheggio Rescadore", a parking area located just 0.06 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, about 1.18 kilometers in, you will find "Lago Pra Cavo", a picturesque lake perfect for a rest stop and taking in the scenery.
Midway through your hike, you will encounter "Monte Cusna", a peak at 4.43 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the panoramic views before continuing on your journey.
On the way back, you can stop at "Rifugio San Lorenzo", a restaurant located 1.61 kilometers from the start, for a meal and some refreshments.
