This extremely difficult 16.346-kilometer circular hiking route will lead you through the stunning landscapes near Pointe de Siruol. The trail offers an elevation gain of 1474 meters and is estimated to take around 7 hours and 28 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Fuon de Graïssacan spring, providing a refreshing stop just 0.26 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along, at 2.56 kilometers into the hike, you'll find an information point where you can learn more about the area.
Around the 4.17-kilometer mark, you'll encounter another information point and the Fuon de Graïssacan spring. Continuing on, at 4.44 kilometers, you'll reach a saddle point, offering a beautiful vantage point of the surroundings.
At the 5.57 and 5.92-kilometer marks, you'll find two more information points, enriching your hike with insights about the region. As you trek on, at 6.59 kilometers, the Tête de Siruol peak will come into view, showcasing the natural beauty of the area.
Nearing the 7.83-kilometer mark, you will spot the ruins of PO de Col du Fort, adding a touch of historic charm to your adventure. At this point, you'll also encounter a water feature, providing a tranquil setting to pause and rest.
The trail also passes by the Tête de Courpatou peak at 6.92 kilometers and the Pointe de Siruol peak at 7.83 kilometers, both offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.
