This extremely difficult 12.166-kilometer long hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Route de Barjac. The trail begins at a parking area where you can leave your vehicle for a fee. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks for the journey, as this hike will take around 3 hours and 23 minutes to complete.
As you venture along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. Approximately 6.06 kilometers from the start, you will find a beautiful water source perfect for a refreshing break. Further along, at the beginning of the hike, you will pass by a campsite where you can rest if needed.
At various points along the trail, you will encounter historic landmarks such as the ruins of a castle and a monument commemorating the fallen soldiers of World War I. Towards the end of the hike, you will come across benches and a fountain where you can take a rest before completing the circular route.
