Hiking : Punta Serulargio

This hiking route will take you around the stunning area of Punta Serulargio. The trail is circular, starting and ending at the same point. The total distance of the hike is 9.181 kilometers with an elevation gain of 180 meters.

As you begin your journey, you can park your car at the designated parking area near the starting point. Make sure to bring enough water with you for the hike, as there are no water sources along the trail.

After a short distance of 2 kilometers, you will come across a beautiful water feature where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the scenery. Continuing on, at around the 3-kilometer mark, you will reach a viewpoint that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings.

As you hike further along the trail, you will encounter two peaks, Punta Serulargio and Su Monte, at a distance of 3 and 4 kilometers respectively. These peaks provide excellent vantage points to appreciate the beauty of the area.

Before completing the hike, you will pass by Gelateria Fruttuosa, a cafe where you can stop for a refreshing drink or snack. Once you reach the endpoint at Punta Serulargio, take some time to soak in the amazing vistas before heading back to the starting point.

This hike is of moderate difficulty due to its length and elevation gain. It is important to wear appropriate footwear and check the weather forecast before setting out on the trail. Remember to stay hydrated and respect the natural environment during your hike.
