This challenging hiking route will take you through the picturesque area surrounding Alblplan. The trail spans a distance of approximately 10.4 kilometers and boasts an elevation gain of 1164 meters, promising breathtaking views and a rewarding workout.

As you begin your hike, you'll find the convenient parking area at Parkplatz Baumschlagerreith. From there, you'll soon come across the Lögeralm shelter around the 2.7 kilometer mark, providing a nice place to rest and refuel. Continuing on, the Lögerhütte shelter awaits at the 3.1 kilometer mark, offering another opportunity to take a break.

At approximately 1.8 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Hagstein (Hochstein) viewpoint and peak, where you can pause to take in the stunning panoramas. Additionally, the Lögerhütte information point at the 3.1 kilometer mark provides interesting insights into the area.

Further along the trail, you'll reach the Hochsteinscharte saddle at the 4.5 kilometer mark, followed by the Alblplan peak at around 5.2 kilometers from the start. These spots offer unique vantage points and opportunities for memorable experiences.

As you make your way back, consider stopping by the Almgasthof Baumschlagerreith restaurant located just 0.04 kilometers from the start. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat and relax after your trek.
