This extremely difficult hiking route takes you on an adventure through the stunning landscapes around Refuge du Carro - Traccia Grande Aiguille Rousse. With a total distance of 94.82 kilometers and an elevation gain of 7175 meters, this trail is not for the faint of heart.

Starting at the trailhead, you will immediately be immersed in the beauty of the area. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At around 6.35 kilometers from the start, you will find Camping Piccolo Paradiso, a convenient camping site for hikers looking to spend the night under the stars.

As you continue on the trail, at 6.48 kilometers from the start, you will come across La Baita, a cozy restaurant where you can refuel before continuing your journey. Further along the trail, at 46.83 kilometers from the start, you will reach Refuge du Carro, an alpine hut where you can rest and recharge.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter various water sources, such as Lac Noir at 47.05 kilometers from the start and Lac des Evettes at 34.81 kilometers from the start. These natural water sources provide a refreshing break for hikers.
