This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Reither Kogel, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The trail is 7.146 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 730 meters, making it a difficult route that will take approximately 3 hours and 28 minutes to complete.

Starting at Gasthof Dorfwirt, you will begin your journey with a hearty meal before tackling the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will pass by Cafe Sonnleiten, a great spot to grab a drink or snack before continuing on.

Midway through the hike, you will reach the peak of Reither Kogel, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape from the viewpoint at Aussichtspunkt Hinterkogel. Be sure to take a break and rest at one of the benches along the trail, such as the ones located at distances of 3.57 kilometers or 2.2 kilometers from the start.

For those in need of hydration, there is drinking water available at a point 0.79 kilometers from the start. Don't forget to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike, and be sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
