This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through the breathtaking area surrounding Gross Muttenhorn. With a total distance of 13.001 kilometers and an elevation gain of 669 meters, this challenging trek will test your endurance and offer stunning views along the way.
Starting off at the trailhead, you'll pass by a convenient parking area before reaching an information point about 0.18 kilometers into the hike. As you continue on, you'll come across more informational stops and picturesque spots, including the Tällilücke and Tällistock peaks, both located around the 3 to 4-kilometer mark from the start.
Midway through the hike, you'll encounter the impressive Gross Muttenhorn peak, standing tall at 6.5 kilometers from the beginning. This is a perfect spot to take a break and admire the panoramic vistas that surround you.
Further along the trail, you'll pass by Furka Passhöhe, an information point providing insights into the area's history, and the Furkapass saddle.
