This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route to Monte Freide covers a distance of 10.661 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1268 meters. The trail starts at "Parcheggio per Rocca Croce Provenzale" parking area.
As you begin your hike, you will pass by an information point roughly 0.02 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at 3.31 kilometers from the start, you will come across the ruins at a distance of 23.18 meters from the trail.
