This challenging hiking route takes you through a beautiful area, culminating in a visit to the stunning Apek Waterfalls. With a total distance of 7.468 kilometers and an elevation gain of 373 meters, this trail will provide a good workout for hikers looking for a bit of a challenge.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards the Apek Waterfalls. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the Saga Hill Station viewpoint at around 2.17 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take a break and admire the surrounding scenery.
Continuing on, you will pass by the Beirut viewpoint at approximately 2.37 kilometers into the hike. From here, the trail will lead you to the Apek Waterfalls, a highlight of the route located at 3.35 kilometers from the start. Take some time to enjoy the cascading waters before starting your return journey.
As you head back, you will pass by a shelter at 1.8 kilometers from the start, providing a convenient resting spot if needed. Be sure to bring plenty of water, as this hike is quite strenuous. Additionally, it's always a good idea to check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience.
