Welcome to Via Val Frisal, a challenging 11-kilometer circular hiking route with an elevation gain of 610 meters. This route will take approximately 4 hours to complete and is considered difficult due to its length and elevation gain.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey through the picturesque landscape of the area. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. About 1.6 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point, where you can learn more about the area.

As you continue on the trail, at around 2.3 kilometers from the start, you will reach Chischarolas, a lovely picnic site perfect for taking a break and enjoying the surroundings. Further along, at 4.24 kilometers from the start, another information point awaits, providing insights into the area's history and natural features.

For those in need of sustenance, there are several picnic sites and BBQ spots scattered along the route. Alp da Stiarls at 1.4 kilometers from the start offers a BBQ spot, while other locations provide benches for a restful break.

For nature enthusiasts, keep an eye out for Crap Cavigliauna, a peak located 5.2 kilometers from the start. Although not directly on the trail, it offers a stunning viewpoint for those willing to venture off the main path.

Remember to stay hydrated as you hike, with drinking water available at various points along the trail. Additionally, make sure to check the weather forecast before embarking on your journey and bring plenty of water and snacks to keep you energized.
