Welcome to the hiking route leading to Veverkov ľadopád, located in the beautiful area of Vysoké Tatry. This moderate difficulty circular route spans a distance of 5.624 kilometers and has an elevation gain of 258 meters, making it suitable for hikers of various skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At just 0.02 kilometers from the start, you will reach Hrebienok, a notable tourist information center. Continuing onwards, at 1.12 kilometers from the beginning, you will find Rainerova chata, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Further along the trail, you will encounter Starolesnianska poľana around 1.17 kilometers into the hike, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. As you approach the 2.55 kilometer mark, be sure to visit the Vodopády Studeného potoka, a picturesque waterfall that provides a refreshing stop.
Throughout the hike, you will find informative signposts such as Rázcestie nad Rainerovou chatou and Rázcestie pod Húpačkami, enriching your experience with knowledge about the area's history and natural features.
