This hiking route in the area of Tinjan offers a moderate challenge with a distance of 4.868 kilometers and an elevation gain of 309 meters. Starting at the parking area, hikers will pass by a campsite called Kmetija Vovk at the beginning of the trail. Around the 2.4-kilometer mark, there is a drinking water station available for hikers. As you continue, you'll come across the peak known as Tinjan, located at 2.43 kilometers from the start, and a viewpoint 2.33 kilometers from the beginning. Another peak, Golo brdo, is also along the trail, approximately 0.81 kilometers from the start.
For sustenance options, there is a restaurant called Pri Vovku at the start of the trail and a BBQ spot midway through the hike. It's recommended to bring enough water for the hike and to check the weather forecast before heading out.
