This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Rocca dei Frasconi. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 6.928 kilometers and an elevation gain of 360 meters, making it a moderate hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across the tranquil Lago Martini, located 2.68 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. You can also stop by another water feature, just 0.04 kilometers from the start, before reaching the parking area at 0.0 kilometers.

Along the way, you'll pass by Passo Giovarello at 2.49 kilometers, where you can take in the scenic views of the area. If you need a break, the Rifugio Albergo Prato Spilla is located 0.11 kilometers from the trail. At the same distance, you'll find Punta di Spilla with forest acrobatic paths, and the Prato Spilla Pista information point.
