Welcome to the Wasserfall hiking route! This trail offers a 7.835-kilometer circular hike with an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the Parkplatz Gufelbrücke, you will begin your journey through stunning alpine landscapes. Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest that will enhance your outdoor experience.

At the beginning of the trail, you will pass by the Pension Hornbachstüberl, a cozy restaurant where you can fuel up before your adventure. As you continue, make sure to take a moment to admire the Hohe Brücke viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Midway through the hike, you will come across the Wasserfall viewpoint, where you can marvel at a picturesque waterfall cascading down the rocks. Be sure to stop by the Brunnen drinking water spot to stay hydrated during your journey.

For history buffs, a wayside cross can be found along the trail, adding a cultural touch to your outdoor exploration. As you near the end of the route, you will pass by the Drähhüttenalm alpine hut, a perfect spot to rest and take in the tranquility of the alpine setting.
