Located in a picturesque area, the hiking route to Bèrnia offers a moderate challenge with a distance of 5.205 kilometers and an elevation gain of 409 meters. It is estimated to take around 2 hours and 13 minutes to complete this out-and-back trail.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Penyes del Portitxol peak about 1.36 kilometers from the beginning, offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. Further along the trail, at around 0.34 kilometers in, you will encounter the refreshing Font del Runar spring, ideal for a quick rest and rehydration.

As you continue onwards, approximately 0.49 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point providing insights into the local flora and fauna. Midway through your journey, at 0.86 kilometers, another informative site showcasing the diverse flora of the region awaits.

Near the endpoint of the trail, at 2.6 kilometers, the prominent Bèrnia peak stands tall, offering a rewarding climax to your adventure. Additionally, at around 0.82 kilometers before the end, you can explore El Pinar de Calces, a scenic spot to relax and appreciate the surroundings.
