Tabernés is a beautiful area for hiking, with stunning views and varying terrains. The route is an out-and-back type, spanning a total distance of 4.034 kilometers and an elevation gain of 465.0 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area within reach, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the trail. A short distance from the start, there is an information point providing insights into the surroundings. Further along the trail, approximately 0.21 kilometers from the beginning, you will find the Refugio de Viadós, an alpine hut where hikers can take a break and enjoy the amenities.
Continuing on, at around 0.16 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Fuente Rafel, a natural spring perfect for refilling your water supply. Along the way, you will also pass by Cabaña el Sarrau, a shelter located 1.38 kilometers from the starting point, offering a resting spot for tired hikers.
For those interested in natural landmarks, there are peaks to admire such as the one located 1.76 kilometers from the start, and another one at 2.02 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Additionally, there is an artwork named "Silencio" situated 0.22 kilometers from the start, adding a touch of culture to your hike.
