Welcome to the Route des Cascades hiking trail! This super easy route spans 0.837 kilometers with an elevation gain of 36 meters, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels. The trail will take you through a picturesque area, offering a glimpse of the natural beauty of the surroundings.

As you embark on your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will encounter the Abri sous roche de la Balme de Thuy, a cave entrance with archaeological significance, located just 0.08 kilometers from the starting point.

Further along the route, at a distance of 0.39 kilometers, you will find the Grotte Notre-Dame de Lourdes, a historic wayside shrine that holds cultural significance. Additionally, the Cascade de Morette, a stunning waterfall, is situated 0.42 kilometers from the start, offering a refreshing sight to behold.

As you continue your hike, you will also come across the Belvédère de l'Arpettaz viewpoint, located 0.17 kilometers from the trailhead, providing a scenic spot to take in the surrounding landscape.
