The Route des Cascades is a beautiful hiking trail with a distance of 0.837 kilometers and an elevation gain of 36 meters, making it a super easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at a picturesque parking area.

As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, you will come across the Abri sous roche de la Balme de Thuy, a cave entrance with archaeological significance located just 0.08 kilometers from the start. Further along, at around 0.39 kilometers from the beginning, you will find the Grotte Notre-Dame de Lourdes, a historic wayside shrine. Nearby, at the same distance, you can visit the Scierie, an information point providing insights into the area.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 0.42 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Cascade de Morette, a stunning waterfall that is sure to impress. For a breathtaking view, take a slight detour to the Belvédère de l'Arpettaz, located 0.17 kilometers from the start.
