This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Schmugglerweg area, offering stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The trail is 4.932 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 100 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will pass by the Talstation Geigelstein parking area, located just 0.12 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Around 1.35 kilometers into the hike, you will come across the picturesque Rudersburger See, a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the serene lake views.

Along the way, you will find several benches and informational points to rest and learn more about the area. Be sure to check out the Am Toten Mann Bach information point, located 1.77 kilometers from the start of the trail. Additionally, keep an eye out for the two waterfalls, one at 1.75 kilometers and the other at 2.47 kilometers into the hike.
