This challenging circular hiking route will take you to the stunning Feilkopf area. The trail is 7.237 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 533 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
As you start your journey, you will pass by Tunigenwiese parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Approximately 1.98 kilometers into the hike, you will come across Weideviehstall shelter, a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Further along the trail at around 2.59 kilometers in, you will find information about the area at one of the tourism stops. As you continue, you will reach Feilkopf peak at 3.23 kilometers, offering breathtaking views of the landscape.
Throughout the hike, you will also encounter various benches for resting and picnic sites for a quick snack. Make sure to stay hydrated and pack enough water for the journey, as well as checking the weather forecast before heading out.
The route will take approximately 3 hours to complete, so plan accordingly and enjoy the natural beauty of the Feilkopf area.
