This hike will take you to the beautiful Lac de Guio area, a stunning natural spot surrounded by picturesque landscapes. The route is an out-and-back type, covering a total distance of 10.006 kilometers with an elevation gain of 602 meters, making it a difficult level hike.

As you start your journey, you'll pass by the Mémorial de la bataille de Laval, a historic memorial located at the beginning of the trail. Around 2.26 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across a charming fountain where you can take a break and refill your water bottles. Further along the trail at approximately 2.29 kilometers from the start, you'll find another water feature to enjoy.

Midway through the hike, at the 3.53-kilometer mark, there is another water point offering a refreshing stop. As you continue on, you'll reach the Lac de Guio at the 5-kilometer mark, a perfect spot to rest and admire the serene lake. You can take in the beautiful surroundings and maybe have a picnic before starting your journey back.
