Starting off at Le Tovet parking area, you will first come across Chalet Raymond Derex (Le Bozon) at a distance of 3.74 kilometers from the start. As you continue on your journey, you will pass by Lac du Bozon, located 3.67 kilometers from the start, where you can marvel at the tranquil waters and lush surroundings.

At the midway point, around 6.57 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a refreshing water source to replenish your supplies. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout the hike, as the trail is challenging and demands physical endurance.

As you approach Passage du Bozon at the 4.01 kilometer mark, take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty of the saddle. Along the way, you will also come across informative spots such as Les Terreaux and Les Terreaux d'en Haut, providing insight into the local area's history and culture.

Before heading back, make a stop at La Queue à l'Âne to learn more about the surroundings. Finally, as you reach the end of your journey, reflect on the beauty of Lac du Bozon once again, located 3.64 kilometers from the start.
