This challenging hiking route takes you to the stunning Tête de Marre peak, offering breathtaking views along the way.

Starting at the trailhead, you'll pass by various points of interest such as the Office de Tourisme and Chez Amandine cafe. Make sure to stop by the fountain and memorial at the beginning of the trail to freshen up before your ascent.

As you continue your hike, you'll come across the Tarverne des Pirates restaurant and drinking water station, perfect for a quick break. Further along the trail, at around 4.63 km, you'll reach the majestic Cime de la Palu peak, a great spot for a panoramic photo opportunity.

Around the midway point, at approximately 5.77 km, you'll encounter the Tête de Marre peak, the highlight of the hike. Take some time to soak in the surrounding natural beauty before beginning your descent.

Throughout the route, there are several parking areas available, so you can easily access the trailhead. Additionally, be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks, as this 11.545 km hike with 1190 meters of elevation gain is quite strenuous.
