Welcome to the hiking route in Danková!

This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of 11.5 kilometers with an elevation gain of 402 meters, taking approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will find the "Prameň Hrona" spring just 0.1 kilometers from the trailhead, offering a refreshing spot to fill up your water bottle. Further along the trail at 1.1 kilometers, you will come across the "Besník" information point, where you can learn more about the area.

Around the midway point at 4.67 kilometers, you will encounter another spring and at 5.77 kilometers, a viewpoint with a bench to rest and take in the scenic surroundings. Continuing on, at 2.02 kilometers from the start, you will find a shelter and a historic wayside cross, providing a glimpse into the area's heritage.

For picnicking or a quick break, a picnic site and shelter are located right at the beginning of the trail, offering a perfect spot to relax and refuel before or after your hike.
