This hiking route is a circular trail that starts and ends at the viewpoint "Vue NORD - Point de vue sur Vermoiron et Valloux" in the beautiful area near Avallon, Pontaubert, and Vault-de-Lugny. The trail covers a distance of 5.676 kilometers with an elevation gain of 176 meters, making it a moderate-level hike.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by points of interest such as the Château de Vault de Lugny, a historic castle with a rich heritage. You will also come across a memorial and a water feature, providing a mix of natural and historic elements along the way.
