This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Vorderer Bodensee. The trail is 8.743 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 178 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take around 2 hours and 28 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll pass by Bodensee am Nassfeld parking lot, just 4.49 meters away from the trail. As you continue on, you'll reach Vorderer Bodensee, a stunning body of water located 4.37 kilometers from the start. This picturesque lake is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Further along the trail, around 4.03 kilometers from the start, you'll come across Hinterer Bodensee, another beautiful lake although not directly on the trail.
As this is a difficult hike with some elevation gain, it's important to come prepared with plenty of water, sturdy hiking shoes, and to check the weather forecast before heading out.
