This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a 12.965-kilometer journey through the stunning landscape of Il Pago.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your adventure towards the Valico delle Capannelle, a beautiful saddle located approximately 1.81 kilometers from the start. As you continue on the trail, you will come across several historic ruins, including those at 1.02 kilometers, 0.85 kilometers, 0.82 kilometers, 0.68 kilometers, and 1.09 kilometers from the start.

Midway through your hike, at around 4.71 kilometers from the start, you will find the Colle delle Pozze peak, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. If you need to rest and refuel, a drinking water station is located at 1.4 kilometers from the start, and a BBQ area is situated at 2.64 kilometers from the start.

As you near the end of the trail, you will reach the peak of Il Pago at 6.48 kilometers from the start, providing a rewarding conclusion to your journey. The route is an out-and-back type, so you will retrace your steps on the way back to the parking area.

With an elevation gain of 326 meters, this hike is challenging and requires a good level of fitness. It is recommended to bring an ample water supply, wear sturdy hiking boots, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
