This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area near Monte Calvo. The trail is 15.492 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 988 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.
As you begin your journey, you will come across a parking area at the trailhead, providing easy access to the starting point. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks as the trail can be challenging. Along the way, you will pass by a bar where you can take a break and refuel before continuing on.
About 7.75 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the peak of Monte Calvo, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a rest and enjoy the beauty of the area before heading back.
On your way back, around the 6.16 kilometers mark, you will encounter Colle di Mezzo, another peak that is slightly off the trail. Although not directly on the trail, it is worth a visit if you have the time and energy to explore off the beaten path.
