This extremely difficult 16.175-kilometer out-and-back hike will take you to the stunning peak of Bonnet de l'Évêque. Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey with an elevation gain of 1358.0 meters towards the peak.

Along the trail, at the beginning, you will come across the Décollage parapente de Courtet, a popular site for free flying enthusiasts to take off and enjoy the magnificent views. As you make your way further, at around 3.67 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Refuge de Rochassac, an alpine hut where you can take a break and refuel before continuing your ascent.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 8.09 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Bonnet de l'Évêque peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
