Starting at the parking lot, you will begin your journey on this out-and-back route. The total distance of the hike is 9.908 kilometers with an elevation gain of 33.0 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding trek.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, just 3.26 kilometers from the start, you will find an informational site where you can learn more about the area. Further along, at 2.72 kilometers from the start, there is a campsite called חניון הנוודים where you can take a break and rest.

Halfway through the hike, at 4.95 kilometers from the start, you will reach the viewpoint of מצפור שחרות. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Remember to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days, and check the weather forecast before heading out. This hike is considered difficult due to its length and elevation gain, so be prepared for a challenging but memorable adventure.
