Located in a beautiful natural area, the hiking route to Monte Solvia is an extremely difficult 14.625-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 1259 meters. It is recommended for experienced hikers due to its challenging terrain.

As you start your journey, you will come across the historic wayside shrine of Cima Pala, located 6.31 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail, at around 5.67 kilometers in, you will reach the stunning natural saddle of Bocca di Val Larga, offering picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.

Midway through the hike, at 5.77 kilometers, you will encounter the peak of Il Frate, providing a perfect spot to take a break and admire the panoramic vistas. Continuing onwards, you will reach Malga Meda at 5.03 kilometers, where you can find shelter and rest before heading to the final destination of Monte Solvia.
