Hiking : Cima Durmont

This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Cima Durmont in a beautiful natural area. The trail covers a distance of 8.39 kilometers with an elevation gain of 633 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 31 minutes to complete.

Starting from the trailhead, you will first pass by Passo Daone, a saddle located 1.47 kilometers from the start. As you continue on, at around 2.89 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area. Further along the trail, at approximately 3.84 kilometers from the start, you will come across a viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views.

Midway through the hike, about 4.2 kilometers from the start, you will reach the majestic peak of Cima Durmont, where you can take in the sweeping vistas from the summit. After enjoying the breathtaking views, you can stop for a rest and meal at Albergo - Ristorante "Capanna Durmont," a restaurant located 1.42 kilometers from the start.

As you make your way back, you will pass by convenient facilities such as a picnic site and BBQ area, both located 1.54 kilometers from the start, where you can relax and refuel. Additionally, there are benches along the trail where you can take a break and soak in the surrounding nature.
