Malý Choč is a challenging circular hiking route that spans approximately 9.7 kilometers with an elevation gain of 656 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek for avid hikers.

The hike begins at the parking area located at the trailhead. As you set off on the trail, you will encounter the Vrchvarta saddle at the beginning of your journey, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Continuing on, at around 0.85 kilometers into the hike, you will come across the historic wayside cross known as INRI. This is a great spot to take a break and admire the cultural heritage along the route.

Midway through the hike, approximately 4.5 kilometers in, you will reach Sedlo Vráca, where you can find an information point about the Alpínske pásmo and the memorial for the Letecká katastrofa in 1980.
