Hiking : Sidorovo - Mederlyho cesta

This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Sidorovo on the Mederlyho cesta trail. The trail is 2.922 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 262 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

As you start your journey, you will find parking facilities nearby to leave your vehicle. Along the trail, you will come across an information point about the area, located 0.35 kilometers from the start. Further along, at 0.27 kilometers, there is a water source for you to refill your bottle.

At the midpoint of the hike, approximately 1.12 kilometers from the start, you will reach the 8th protected viewpoint recognized by Unesco - Vlkolínec, offering stunning scenery to admire. As you continue, you will encounter more viewpoints, a peak named Sidorovo at 1.09 kilometers, and a cave entrance at 1.2 kilometers.

Towards the end of the trail, at 1.46 kilometers, you will find a shelter for a rest stop before heading back. Make sure to check out the zoo and the Mini farma Sidorovo, located 0.3 kilometers from the start, for some added enjoyment.
