This extremely difficult 13.874-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you through an area with stunning natural beauty and historic landmarks. The hike will start at a parking area located at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to bring an ample water supply and check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging journey.
As you begin the hike, you will pass by L. Lausun, a picturesque lake located just 0.01 kilometers from the start of the trail. Approximately 4.7 kilometers into the hike, you will come across lago Cialancia, another beautiful body of water perfect for a rest stop.
Around the halfway mark at 5.68 kilometers, you will encounter the ruins of an ancient site. Take a moment to appreciate the history of the area before continuing on. Nearby, you will find the peaks of Punta Founset and Punta Cialancia, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
At 6.94 kilometers, you will reach Passo Roux, a significant peak along the route. This is a great spot to soak in the panoramic views and take a break before heading back. Passo della Cialancia and Passo cialancia are also noteworthy points of interest along the trail, offering unique geographical features.
Throughout the hike, you will come across several information points providing insight into the local area. These stops offer a great opportunity to learn more about the history and geography of the region.
As you make your way back to the starting point, consider stopping at the picnic site and drinking water stations located 0.0 kilometers from the trail to refuel and rehydrate.
