This hiking route will take you through the beautiful surroundings of Zimná Cesta. With a total distance of 9.413 kilometers and an elevation gain of 858 meters, this trail is categorized as difficult due to its length and elevation. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear.

As you begin your journey, you will come across Stredná Poľana, a great spot to take in some information about the area. Continuing on, you will pass by a few parking areas and a wilderness hut called Hotel Choč, where you can take a break and perhaps enjoy some refreshments.

Further along the trail, you will encounter various points of interest such as water sources, information points about the fauna and flora, and several springs. Be sure to take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding you.

Midway through the hike, you will find Jánošíkova krčma, a restaurant where you can stop for a meal or a snack. As you make your way back to the starting point, you will pass by viewpoints and more information points about the area.
