Hiking : Pleso na Choči

This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Pleso na Choči. The trail is 5.718 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 469 meters, making it a moderate-level hike. It will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the entire route.

As you start your hike, you will pass by a parking area at the beginning of the trail. About midway through the hike, you will come across the Pleso na Choči, a beautiful water feature located 2.86 kilometers from the start. This is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Along the way, you will also encounter a viewpoint at Soliská, just 2.45 kilometers from the start, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Make sure to stop by the spring at Chrblík and the shelter for a rest and some refreshments.

As you near the end of the trail, you will pass by various benches, a fountain, and information points providing insights into the area's history and wildlife. The endpoint of the hike is back at the starting point, so you will retrace your steps to complete the out-and-back route.
