This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Zimná Cesta, offering stunning views and historical landmarks along the way. The trail is 7.766 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 494 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the Kubínyiovský kaštieľ, a historic castle located just 0.06 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. You can visit this castle and learn about its rich history before continuing on your hike.

Further along the trail at the 1.45 kilometer mark, you'll reach the peak of Siatiská, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the beauty of the area.

At the halfway point, you'll encounter the Vŕšok peak, which is 2.56 kilometers from the start of the trail. This peak offers another opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views and snap some photos.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, be sure to stop by the Pomník padlého partizána 1944, a memorial dedicated to fallen partisans from 1944. It's located 0.28 kilometers from the trailhead and serves as a somber reminder of the area's history.

Throughout the hike, you'll also find shelters and information points where you can rest and learn more about the surroundings. Make sure to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before setting out on this challenging but unforgettable adventure in Zimná Cesta.
