This hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Arritxiki, known for its beautiful peaks and challenging terrain. The trail spans a distance of 13.508 kilometers with an elevation gain of 215 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will test your endurance.

As you start your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area right at the beginning of the trail. It's essential to bring plenty of water on this hike, but you can also find drinking water stations located 3.11 and 3.04 kilometers from the start to stay hydrated along the way. If you need a break and some sustenance, there is a BBQ spot at the 3.04-kilometer mark where you can refuel.

Midway through your hike, at 6.75 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Arritxiki, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. It's a perfect spot to take a rest and soak in the natural beauty around you.

On the way back, you can stop at the Machain restaurant located right at the beginning of the trail to reward yourself with a delicious meal after completing this challenging trek.

Before embarking on this adventure, make sure to check the weather forecast and pack accordingly. This hike is not for the faint of heart, so be prepared for a strenuous but rewarding experience in the rugged terrain of Arritxiki.
