Welcome to the Travesía del Guanaco hiking route in Huechuraba! This challenging out-and-back trail spans 8.377 kilometers with an elevation gain of 852 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

Starting at the parking area, you will embark on a journey through the stunning natural surroundings. Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest.

About 0.02 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a viewpoint called Portezuelo, offering a breathtaking panorama of the area. Further along, at 0.31 kilometers, you'll find an environmental information point, perfect for learning more about the flora and fauna of the region.

As you continue on, at 0.56 kilometers, there's a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy a meal amidst the beauty of nature. Midway through the trail, at 1.21 kilometers, you'll reach another viewpoint known as Portezuelo, providing another stunning vantage point.
