Welcome to the hiking route on D42! This circular route offers a scenic adventure through a beautiful area with a distance of 4.266 kilometers and an elevation gain of 77 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Around 1.7 kilometers into the hike, you will find an information point called "La Dronière," where you can learn more about the surroundings. Not too far from there, at 0.23 kilometers from the start, you will encounter another information point named "Au Fay."

Further along the trail, at 1.69 kilometers from the start, keep an eye out for the historic Wayside Cross known as "Croix de la Dronière." This cultural gem adds a touch of history to your hike.

As you reach the 1.95-kilometer mark from the start, make sure to stop at the viewpoint to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the area.

Before embarking on this adventure, ensure you have an ample water supply, especially on warmer days. It's also a good idea to check the weather forecast and wear appropriate footwear for the terrain.
