Located in a picturesque area, this hiking route offers a super easy trek with a total distance of approximately 1.013 kilometers and no elevation gain. The trail is an out-and-back type, leading hikers to the charming destination of Rifugio Salei.
Along the way, hikers will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Rifugio Valentini, a cozy alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Further along the route, at about 0.51 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Rifugio Salei, another alpine hut offering accommodation options.
For convenience, there are parking areas situated near the trail. A no-fee parking space is located close to the start of the trail, while there are fee-based parking options available slightly further away.
As you venture along the hike, keep an eye out for a wayside cross located at around 0.03 kilometers from the start, adding a touch of historic charm to the journey. Additionally, an information point can be found at the same distance, providing insights into the local area.
