This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and interesting points of interest. The trail is 6.015 kilometers long and has an elevation gain of 273 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It is an out-and-back route, with the destination being Mirante da Guanabara.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by Morro Dona Marta, a peak located just 0.03 kilometers from the start. As you continue on the trail, you will come across Morro do Inglês, another peak about 1.36 kilometers into the hike. Along the way, you can also explore Alto das Paineiras and Alto da Coroa, both peaks offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.

Make sure to take a break at Casa do Carioca, the ruins located at 2.81 kilometers from the start, before reaching the final destination of Mirante da Guanabara at 3.01 kilometers. This viewpoint provides a perfect spot to rest and take in the panoramic views of the area.
