This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Pierson Lake in the Grizzly Bear - Frederick and Barbara Erb Polar Passage region. The trail is approximately 3.156 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your hike, you will come across several points of interest along the way. About 0.37 kilometers from the start, you will find the convenient Water Tower Parking Lot, where you can park your vehicle before embarking on the trail. Continuing on, at around 0.86 kilometers, you will reach the Boardwalk Station, a great spot to take a break and enjoy some food.
Midway along the trail at approximately 1.37 kilometers, you'll encounter the Wolverine attraction, followed by the Table 28 eatery at 1.28 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the Rackham Fountain at 1.03 kilometers and the South American Animals exhibit at 1.05 kilometers from the start.
Towards the end of the hike, at approximately 1.57 kilometers, you'll find the Grizzly Bear attraction and the Polar bear exhibit, perfect for wildlife enthusiasts. As you wrap up your journey, don't forget to visit the Seal attraction at 1.54 kilometers from the start.
