This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning viewpoints and convenient facilities. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 1.888 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it super easy and suitable for hikers of all levels.
Starting at the parking area, you will find yourself at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way, approximately midway through the hike, you will come across a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
As you continue on the trail, at around 0.86 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Aussichtspunkt Tagebau Hambach viewpoint. Here, you will be treated to panoramic views of the Tagebau Hambach open-pit mine.
