This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Altenkraehkopf. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 3.61 kilometers and an elevation gain of 67 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your hike, you will come across the Auberge du Gazon du Faing, a restaurant located just 0.02 kilometers from the trail. This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat before or after your hike.
Further along the trail, at about 0.65 kilometers from the start, you will find the Gazon du Faing, an attraction worth exploring.
As you continue on, you will pass by the Soultzeren Eck peak, which is located 1.15 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a great vantage point to take in the panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Midway through the hike, at around 1.53 kilometers from the start, you will come across informational points such as the Altenkraehkopf viewpoint and other tourist information sites.
Be sure to check out the Taubenklangfelsen rock formation and viewpoint located at 0.87 kilometers from the start, as well as other historical points of interest along the trail.
