This circular trail covers a distance of 5.602 kilometers with an elevation gain of 33 meters, taking approximately 1 hour and 22 minutes to complete. The difficulty level of this hike is considered moderate.

Starting at the parking lot, you will begin your journey along the trail. As you make your way, you will come across a couple of water points, located at 1.37 kilometers and 2.73 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing break along the route.

Around the 1.69 kilometer mark, you will find Font de Santa Helena, a spring where you can rest and enjoy the natural surroundings. Further ahead, at 1.81 kilometers and 1.85 kilometers from the start, there are information points offering insights into the area's history and points of interest.

Although some points of interest may be slightly off the main trail, they are worth a visit if you have the extra time and energy to explore. Remember to stay hydrated, especially during warmer weather, and check the weather forecast before embarking on your hike.
