This hiking route takes you through the stunning landscape of the Pfyfenggseli area. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 4.337 kilometers and an elevation gain of 33 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Ruine Unterer Mannenberg, an ancient castle ruin located 0.72 kilometers from the trail. Further along the path, at a distance of 0.99 kilometers, you will encounter the peak of Galgebüel, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Midway through the hike, at 1.87 kilometers from the start, you will find the quaint restaurant Schlössli, where you can take a break and enjoy some local cuisine. Nearby, there is a shelter for hikers looking to rest and recharge before continuing on their adventure.
At 2.09 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Pfyfenggseli water source, providing a refreshing spot to refill your water bottle. This is followed by another water source located just 0.01 kilometers from the trail, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your journey.
