CAI 301

Welcome to CAI 301 hiking route! This moderate 6.261-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a beautiful experience in the stunning area surrounding Cattedrale di S. Eustachio.

As you start your journey, you'll pass by the historic ruins of Cattedrale di S. Eustachio, just 0.22 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail, at around 1.31 kilometers, you'll find the picturesque Punta D'Aglio peak, although it's not directly on the trail.

For a refreshing break, there's a drinking water facility located 0.18 kilometers from the start. If you fancy a meal, both Antico Borgo and San Giovanni restaurants are around 0.11 and 0.05 kilometers from the start, respectively. Make sure to hydrate at the fountain just 0.07 kilometers from the trailhead and grab a drink at Blu Bar, also located 0.07 kilometers from the start.

As you continue your hike, you'll come across the Cascata Alta waterfall at 3.13 kilometers, although it's slightly off the trail. Enjoy breathtaking views from the viewpoints at 0.22 kilometers and 3.13 kilometers.
